SHIPPING POLICY

At selym, we're committed to a well-managed, efficient shopping experience. Below are the terms, timelines, and guidelines governing the shipping and delivery of our products.

  1. COVERAGE AND DESTINATIONS
    We ship internationally to virtually anywhere in the world. We partner with major global courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely at your destination address.
  2. DELIVERY TIMES
    We offer a standard shipping option for all global orders:
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times begin counting from the moment the package is handed off to the logistics carrier. Please note these times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors, such as customs holds, transport strikes, or extreme weather conditions, may affect final delivery time.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING
    All orders require internal processing time at our warehouses before being dispatched. Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you make a purchase during a high-demand period or special promotions, internal processing time may be slightly extended.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES
    Final shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, the package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. Such additional charges are strictly the customer's (the importer's) responsibility. selym has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to check delivery status in real time.
  2. TRANSFER OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
    In accordance with our Terms of Service, once we transfer the products to the relevant logistics carrier, ownership of the merchandise and the risk of loss or damage pass directly to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs processing in each country. If your package experiences any issue in transit, we will work with you and the courier to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

  1. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR REFUSED PACKAGES
    It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is refused by the recipient, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
